Waivers
Every offroad park has clients sign a waiver. No signature: no ride. Its that simple and it has to be that way. With today's litigious society, that waiver is the only thing between the offroad park and some money hungry scum-bag lawyer. As always, it's a good idea to read whatever you sign thoroughly before signing to make sure you agree with it. Just about all offroad parks provide a copy of their waiver on their web sites. Download it and read it before you go to the park to make sure that you're in agreement with it.
