This site initially started as the web site for KY Outback Adventure Park, an off road park. Well folks the park was started and then closed within 2 years due to local dirty politics. The owners just determined that it was not worth continuing the fight due to legal fees and the deck being stacked against them. It became very apparent that the neighbors (there was only 2 of them) and local county management would not support the offroad park in spite of it being extremely beneficial to the local economy. Guess there is a reason why some places are economic backwaters. The park owners just felt that it was not worth the constant headaches and battles to pursue the issue any longer.

I asked the park owners if they would mind if I would take over this web site and use it to support off road issues. They felt that it was a great idea and gave me the domain and even paid for a tyear's worth of hosting the first year.

Now this site is an off road information site with topical issues related to land-use matters, off road riding areas, and off road park.
